NEW FASHION LIGHTING MAKES BUZZ

Must-Have Lighting
$10,000 to $20,000 for basic; upwards of $64,000 for "intelligent lighting"

Pictures and video taken at a designer's show are often used as marketing materials throughout the season. As a result, proper lighting, which also creates a special ambiance for the editors and buyers watching the show, is crucial. Basic lighting can cost a designer anywhere from $10,000 to $20,000. Computer-generated "intelligent lighting" costs upwards of $64,000.
Aol News.... Forbes.com

Fashion shows are just around the corner. Many of them are already happening. This new fangled light configuration is over the top. But you can see how something as simple as lighting can be elevated and take a spike jump in price.

Even throwing the word "intelligent" in there creates a huge jump from $20,000 to $64,000 dollars! The question then becomes..... what are you doing with your services that can create a money stir?

New York - Mens Fashion: The Color Is Black

Black is the quintesential color choice for any man living in New York City. Whether its because of its street smart rock culture roots -- (think Warhol and Lou Reed)... or if its the rougher edged Ramones or the apocolyptic street sense of The New York Dolls.... Its black all the way and that will most likely never change.

According the Askmen.com, (the super blog for the fashion conscious) various shades of Black are just the ticket for the rough and tumble weather of NYC. I have to agree. The streets and nightlife are far from anything you will find in California or smart Miami beach. If the patterns and fabrics are cut just right then you can wear these garments with just about anything -- either dressy or laid back.... its really up to the individual.

Lambskin is a nice choice. You can find out exactly the right type of look and fit at:

Spring is almost here but it won't be here for quite a while. So to keep you looking cool and in control during these turbulant weeks ahead check out some of these killer fashions.

CHOCOLATE HEALTH !!!

".....WHAT?"

Just a few years ago the health and nutrition industry was claiming among other things that chocolate was one of the most destructive things you could put in your body.

Seriously.

Now...... that has been reversed. The NEW CLAIM is that this is one of the BEST things you can put in your body because of all the antioxidants....... HONEST!

Here is what the experts now tell us.....
"Researchers have some news for chocolate lovers: it may be good for you. Scientists reported preliminary evidence recently that cocoa and other chocolates may keep high blood pressure down, your blood flowing and your heart healthy.

The research, the latest which correlates eating flavonoid-rich foods with a reduced risk of cardiovascular disease(1), was presented in February at the American Association for the Advancement of Science's (AAAS) annual meeting in Boston.

One study found that a substance in cocoa helps the body process nitric oxide (NO), a compound critical for healthy blood flow and blood pressure. Another study showed that flavonols in cocoa prevent fat-like substances in the bloodstream from oxidizing and clogging the arteries, and make blood platelets less likely to stick together and cause clots.
Flavonoids are plant compounds with potent antioxidant properties; so far, scientists have found more than 4,000 kinds. Cocoa beans contain large quantities of flavonoids, and so do red wine, tea, cranberries, peanuts, strawberries, apples and many other fruits and vegetables.(2) The flavonoids in chocolate are called flavonols. "
Chocolate has now been featured as part of the new NutriSystem diet plan. This popularity has shed a whole new perspective on what is tollerable in the world of health.
